About me
Meritxell Teixidó holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Barcelona and an eMBA from UOC. She spent more than 15 years at IRB Barcelona leading research on peptides capable of crossing biological barriers, co-supervising 10 PhDs, publishing over 50 scientific articles, and contributing to 9 patents.
She is CEO/CSO and Co-Founder of Gate2Brain since the creation, focused on improving drug delivery to the brain. Her career combines science, innovation, and leadership, earning her the Spanish Woman Startup Award 2022 – Inspiration.
