About me
Cristina Aguilera Xiol, PhD MBM, is CEO of Labsinlove and has an international background in biotechnology, translational medicine and innovation management. She started her career in academia as a researcher and later worked internationally across both academia and industry, including positions at University College London (UCL), Genomics England and Novartis, focusing on genomics, precision medicine and healthcare innovation. She also holds a Master in Biomedical Management from IE Business School and is currently leading the strategic and scientific development of Labsinlove.
