Chemical Engineer (Polytechnic University of Valencia, 2006) and Master in Agri-food Biotechnology (University of Valencia, 2019).She is currently the Head of Microbiology and Industrial Biotechnology at AINIA. She has over ten years of experience in scaling up biotechnological processes related to the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic sectors. In the field of biotechnology applied to the agri-food industry, her main research areas include the development of new biotechnological processes for the bioproduction of microorganisms and the biosynthesis of high-value compounds. Her experience in the field of bioproducts for the food industry includes the development of probiotics, starter cultures, and fermented foods, as well as other bio-based products.
