Dra. Angélica Figueroa is a cancer researcher and innovation leader at INIBIC with more than 20 years of experience in molecular oncology, including work at international institutions such as the Medical Research Council-University College London, the National Institute on Aging (NIH), and The University of Queensland. Her work focuses on translating discoveries in metastasis and drug resistance into cutting-edge cancer therapeutics, including a first-in-class anti-metastatic therapy being advanced through the emerging spin-off initiative Exitium Therapeutics.
