Montse currently serves on the board of directors of Ona Therapeutics, InBrain Neuroelectronics, Peptomyc and Accure. She is also independent director at the board of Oryzon genomics.
Formerly, Montse was partner at Aliath Bioventures and Alta Life Sciences. Prior to that, she was CEO of Biocat, BIST (Barcelona Institute of Science and Technology) and PCB (Parc Científic de Barcelona).
She is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Pasqual Maragall Foundation (on Alzheimer’s disease) and President of the Board of Trustees of UPF (Pompeu Fabra University).
Montse holds a PhD in Biology from University of Barcelona (1991), a master’s degree in science communication from Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona, 1997) and an Executive Degree in General Management (PDG IESE Business School, Barcelona, 2007).
